There are three main ways to work with TGAC:
- Collaborative grant funded projects: proposals developed with TGAC to jointly apply for grant funding.
- Contract Sequencing: TGAC can provide sequencing and/or analysis for a project already funded.
- Pilot Projects: TGAC will be offering opportunities to academic and industrial collaborators to develop and evaluate new applications of DNA sequencing, to test new sequencing platforms and to develop new analysis methods. TGAC will be announcing a call for Pilot Projects in the first quarter of 2013.
