The Bioinformatics team, led by Mario Caccamo, specialises in the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data including de novo assemblies, re-sequencing projects, expression analysis and metagenomics. Our bioinformatics research teams are involved in the generation of data resources and the development of bioinformatics analysis tools.
