This workshop is free to attend and aims to outline the Next Generation Sequencing platforms and pipelines at The Genome Analysis Centre (TGAC) and how they can further Arabidopsis research.

The programme for the workshop is as follows:

12:00 - Registration opens

12:00 - 13:30 - Lunch

13:30 - 14:00 - Welcome and introduction to TGAC

14:00 - 14:30 - Sequencing platforms at TGAC

14:30 - 15:00 - Re-sequencing Arabidopsis accessions

15:00 - 15:15 - Coffee break

15:30 - 16:00 - Expression analysis (RNA-seq)

16:00 - 16:30 - ChIP-Seq and beyond

16:30 - 17:00 - Working with TGAC

17:00 - 18:00 - TGAC lab tours

This workshop will be limited to 30 places if the workshop is oversubscribed we will allocate places to those researchers whose interests and expertise appear most relevant.
