Click here to view the typical procedure of carrying out a project with TGAC. You will receive updates from your designated Project Manager to convey up to date information on the progress of your project with us as it reaches each milestone. These updates are typically to inform you:

• That we have successfully received your samples
• When all the samples have undergone quality control (QC)
• Of the official start date for your project which will be when all samples have passed QC
• When libraries have been constructed from your samples
• That sequencing of your samples has completed
• Of commencement and completion of any downstream data analysis
• How to download the data
